Ricky Grunden, the founder of Grunden Financial Advisory, has been serving clients in the financial services arena for more than three decades. He has been acknowledged by clients, his peers, and the industry as a leader in the field. Among his many career highlights:

Ricky began his career in the financial industry in 1974 as an insurance agent and then earned his Certified Financial Planner credentials. He later joined a top-producing branch of a Houston broker-dealer, which took advantage of technical advances in the industry to transform itself into a well-respected money management firm in Dallas. Valuing the benefits of the wealth management process, Ricky chose to include wealth management, financial planning, and investment management in finding solutions to his clients' most challenging financial issues. Returning to his roots, Ricky founded Ricky Grunden Investment Advisors in January 2001. Two years later, the firm changed its name to Grunden Financial Advisory, Inc.
